Challenge.

 

To educate consumers on the full range of Fever-Tree mixer products and pairings.

To help increase the sale of gin and tonics with Fever-Tree mixers in outlets.

To gather information around consumers’ perceptions of Fever-Tree products.

We were engaged to execute the Fever-Tree Gin Garden Takeover at 12 hero venues.

Approach.

 

We organised a 12-week touring Gin Garden campaign for Fever-Tree, celebrating the very best of British pub gardens across the UK.
We recruited an experienced, core team of event managers and brand ambassadors who received immersive brand and logistics training ahead of the nationwide activation.

The aim was to ensure that each venue benefited from additional revenue whilst avoiding any administration or resource stress.

Solution.

 

Prior to each activation, we shared social media assets and a bespoke Fever-Tree menu with the venues to promote the event via their own channels.
The event ran over 10 hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities for the team included: van and stock collection, set up, bar and payment management, staff communication, site breakdown and reporting.
Consumers were invited to sample and purchase the serve.
The event was well received and fully engaged the customers with the brand, created an interesting talking point for consumers and resulted in a boost in sales for the POCs.
