Challenge.
To provide experienced Bar staff with beer knowledge to work on busy bars & energetic Front of house staff to manage high footfall ticket entrances for “Tank Party” – Camden Town Brewery annual beer street party. Alongside this a sampling mechanic to encourage customers to purchase at the bar.
Approach.
We selected a pro-active staffing team from our database who had previous experience of working in these areas at high volume beer & music festivals. We ensured they received full brand & logistics training ahead of the event.
