Beer Hawk
Challenge.
Beer Hawk were looking for specialist retail staff to manage a high footfall Christmas pop-up shop at Bluewater shopping centre. The staff needed to be knowledgeable on craft beer and experienced in retail sales & management.
Approach.
Our Retail Staff were selected based on our trusted members of the team and their brand knowledge and sales skills. They were then immersed in a full training programme prior to the pop-up launch.
Solution.
We provided retail staff to run and manage the Beer Hawk pop up store at Bluewater shopping centre through the busy Christmas period. Staff were required to run the store 6 days a week over an 8 week period selling merchandise, alcohol, Perfect Draft dispensers and branded gifts from the various brands including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Brewdog, Camden Hells & Bathtub Gin, with a focus on selling 100 Perfect Draft machine sales.
