Challenge.

The iconic two-part pour is critical to a great Guinness experience. Consumers will not accept an underpar pint!

Diageo wanted to ensure quality was being met with audits of the on-trade at scale to ensure Guinness is being served perfectly nationwide

Approach.

 

We created a dynamic mystery shopping campaign to audit pubs around country.

The programme required highly skilled and trained staff. Through our rigorous recruitment process we hand selected 25 of the very best event managers. This followed with a fully immersive training program including product training and live activation test trials.
