Challenge.

 

We were challenged by various brands to deliver sampling activity in a number of outlets.

The challenges and objectives for the brands encompassed:

❏Engaging with existing and new customers

❏Launching and promoting new product development

❏Changing perceptions on quality and range of brands

❏Driving sales and footfall back to the store after activity

Approach.

 

We worked with retailers including Morrisons, Tesco , Sainsburys and Whole Foods and their brand partners to deliver hundreds of tastings within retail outlets nationwide. 

We recruited and arranged store approval for over 200 staff with food hygiene qualifications and relevant experience to represent the brands and engage with consumers. All staff were fully immersed in a training session on each product and store trained to meet retailer standards.

Solution.

 

Over a 6 month period we activated sampling days for 12 different brands including Green & Blacks, Fever Tree, Nakd, Goose island and Higgidy.

Our team created over 200k consumer interactions and the feedback from retailers and brands was consistently excellent.
